Welcome to Agassiz House Inn, a beautifully restored 9 bedroom, 8 bathroom historic home in the Keweenaw National Historical Park. This spacious 6,000+ sq ft property is ideal for family reunions, multi-generation trips, wedding, groups, retreats, ski weekends, and friends traveling together.

Built in 1890 and thoughtfully updated, the home blends period charm with modern comfort — offering multiple gathering spaces, a full kitchen, elegant parlor, cozy reading library, and private bedroom suites.

Bedroom Description
Charming 1st Floor Historic Room
The Charming 1st Floor Historic Room offers one queen bed in a small, cozy bedroom off the kitchen and dining room, with no stairs. The private, detached bathroom with a walk-in shower and bench seating is conveniently found on the first floor. There is also a shared powder room nearby for night-time convenience. (I have pictures posted of the bedroom and bathroom.)

Please be aware that this room is next to the kitchen, dining room and shared powder room. During busy weekends when the house is full there is people traffic that goes directly pass this room. If you are looking to sleep late on a busy weekend and can't sleep through the noise this room isn't for you.

Other Notes:
- NO Laundry is available on-site.
- Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, but we do not have televisions in the rooms.
- Portable air conditioners and the gas grill are available during the summer and stored during the winter.

Rental agreement required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
